Lynn Wolf, CNM, PMHNP-BC
Lynn Wolf is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s mental health across the lifespan. Her work is grounded in the belief that mental well-being is inseparable from hormonal balance, trauma history, nervous system health, and the lived experiences that shape each individual.
Before becoming a PMHNP, Lynn trained and practiced as a Certified Nurse Midwife, an experience that profoundly shaped her clinical philosophy. Midwifery taught her to care for women holistically to listen deeply, honor the full context of their lives, and treat with both compassion and clinical expertise. Today, her psychiatric practice is built on that same foundation: whole-person, integrative care rooted in the connection between body, mind, and emotion.
Lynn has advanced training and a special interest in complex PTSD, trauma-informed care, perinatal and reproductive psychiatry, and integrative mental health. Her approach blends evidence-based psychiatric treatment with functional and systems-based principles to understand the why behind symptoms not just manage them at the surface.
She is deeply passionate about helping people reclaim their clarity, energy, and emotional freedom so they can live with greater vitality and authenticity. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, hormonal transitions, or the overwhelm of modern life, Lynn’s goal is to create a space where healing feels possible and where each person feels truly seen, heard, and supported.
